Pengaruh Pendidikan dan Latihan (Diklat), Komunikasi Kerja, Work Safety terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Satpol PP di Kebumen

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis bagaimana pendidikan dan pelatihan (DIKLAT), komunikasi kerja dan work safety terhadap kinerja karyawan SATPOLPP Kebumen. Jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 100 orang responden.Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara menyebar kuesioner. Analisis yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji rebilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: (1) Pendidikan latihan (diklat) berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan SATPOLPP. (2) komunikasi kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan SATPOLPP. (3) Work safety berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan SATPOLPP. (4) Pendidikan latihan (diklat), komunikasi kerja, dan work safety secara bersama-sama (simultan) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan SATPOLPP.

Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze how education and training (DIKLAT), work communication and work safety on the performance of SATPOLPP Kebumen employees. The number of samples taken was 100 respondents. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires. The analysis used is the validity test, the reliability test, the classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and the coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Training education (training) significantly influences the performance of SATPOLPP employees. (2) Work communication has a significant effect on the performance of SATPOLPP employees. (3) Work safety significantly influences the performance of SATPOLPP employees. (4) Training education (training), work communication, and work safety simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the performance of SATPOLPP employees.
