Pengaruh Job Burnout dan Pemberdayaan Psikologis terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior dengan Komitmen Organisasi sebagai Variabel Intervening
ABSTRACT
This research aims to know the influence of Job Burnout and psychological Empowerment against the Organizational Citizenship Behavior through organizational commitment as intervening variable. The population in this research is the regional General Hospital Nurses Prembun Kabupaten Kebumen. The number of samples as many as 41 people with sampling method is saturated. The methods used in this research is quantitative methods. Data analysis using SPSS program with path analysis 24. The results of this study indicate that Job Burnout and Psychological Empowerment effect significantly to organizational commitment. While the Job Burnout and Psychological Empowerment does not affect Organizational Citizenship Behavior, organizational commitment proved influential while significantly to Organizational Citizenship Behavior.
