Pengaruh Motivasi, Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik dan Loyalitas terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) (Studi Kasus pada Pegawai Kantor Kecamatan Rowokele)
Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi, lingkungan kerja non fisik dan loyalitas terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (studi kasus pada pegawai kantor Kecamatan Rowokele). Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan bantuan alat analisis program SPSS Versi 22.0. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua pegawai di kantor Kecamatan Rowokele. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode sampel jenuh dengan menggunakan jumlah populasi sebagai responden yaitu 33 orang. Teknik pengambilan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuisoner. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif dan statistika. Analisis statistika meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji multikolinieritas, uji heterokedastisitas, uji normalitas, uji T, uji F, koefisien determinasi, analisis regresi berganda.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel motivasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Variable lingkungan kerja non fisik tidak berpengaruh terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Terdapat pengaruh signifikan variabel loyalitas terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Secara bersama-sama terdapat pengaruh signifikan variabel motivasi, lingkungan kerja non fisik dan loyalitas terhadap organizational citizenship behavior pegawai kantor Kecamatan Rowokele. Nilai Adjusted R Square diperoleh 0,367 artinya 36,7% variabel organizational citizenship behavior dipengaruhi oleh variabel motivasi, lingkungan kerja non fisik dan loyalitas sedangkan sisanya 63,3% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak ada dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, non-physical work environment and loyalty on organizational citizenship behavior (case study in Rowokele District office employees). This research was conducted using SPSS Version 22.0 program analysis tools. The population in this study were all employees in the Rowokele District office. This study uses a saturated sample method using a population of respondents as many as 33 people. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire. This research uses descriptive analysis and statistical methods. Statistical analysis includes validity test, reliability test, multicollinearity test, heterokedasticity test, normality test, T test, F test, coefficient of determination, multiple regression analysis.
Based on the results of the study indicate that the motivation variable does not affect organizational citizenship behavior. Variable non-physical work environment does not affect organizational citizenship behavior. There is a significant influence on the variable loyalty to organizational citizenship behavior. Together there is a significant influence of motivationvariables, non-physical work environment and loyalty on organizational citizenship behavior of Rowokele District office employees. Adjusted R Square value obtained 0.367 means that 36.7% of organizational citizenship behavior variables are influenced by motivation, non-physical work environment and loyalty while the remaining 63.3% is influenced by other variables that are not present in this study.
