Pengaruh Kompensasi, Disiplin Kerja dan Kapasitas terhadap Efektivitas Kerja Perangkat Desa pada Pemerintahan Desa di Wilayah Kecamatan Puring

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi, disiplin kerja dan kapasitas terhadap efektivitas kerja Perangkat Desa dalam menyelenggarakan Pemerintahan Desa di wilayah Kecamatan Puring. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian survey, dengan melakukan wawancara dan menyebarkan kuesioner. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah Perangkat Desa di wilayah Kecamatan Puring dengan jumlah populasinya 244 orang dan sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 71 responden. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalan probability sampling dengan simple random sampling dan dilanjutkan menggunakan proposional area random sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabiltas, uji asumsi klasik, uji analisis regresi linier berganda, dan uji hipotesis.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel kompensasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap variabel efektivitas kerja dan hipotesis H1 ditolak, variabel disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel efektivitas kerja dan hipotesis H2 diterima, variabel kapasitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel efektivitas kerja dan hipotesis H3 diterima. Secara simultan atau bersama-sama variabel independen yaitu kompensasi (X1), disiplin kerja (X2) dan kapasitas (X3) pengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel dependen efektivitas kerja (Y) dan hipotesis H4 pada penelitian ini dapat diterima.

Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, work discipline and capacity on the effectiveness of the work of the Village Apparatus in organizing Village Government in the District of Puring. This research uses quantitative research methods with the type of survey research, by conducting interviews and distributing questionnaires. The subject in this study was the village apparatus in the Puring District area with a population of 244 people and the sample used was 71 respondents. The sampling technique used is probability sampling with simple random sampling and continued using proportional area random sampling. This study uses a validity test, a reliability test, a classic assumption test, a multiple linear regression analysis test, and a hypothesis test.
The results of this study indicate that partially the compensation variable has no effect on the work effectiveness variable and H1 hypothesis is rejected, the work discipline variable has a significant effect on the work effectiveness variable and H2 hypothesis is accepted, the capacity variable has a significant effect on the work effectiveness variable and the H3 hypothesis is accepted. Simultaneously or together the independent variables namely compensation (X1), work discipline (X2) and capacity (X3) significant influence on the dependent variable work effectiveness (Y) and hypothesis H4 in this study can be accepted.
