pengaruh keputusan investasi, profitabilitas, dan kebijakan hutang
terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan sub sektor pertambangan batu bara yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek
Indonesia periode 2015-2018. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling didapatkan sampel
sebanyak 19 perusahaan dari populasi yang berjumlah 27 perusahaan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan
adalah regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji F, dan analisis koefesien determinasi (R2). Dari hasil penelitian
dapat diketahui secara simultan keputusan investasi, profitabilitas, dan kebijakan hutang berpengaruh
terhadap nilai perusahaan pertambangan batu bara sebesar 14,5%. Sedangkan secara parsial keputusan
investasi berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan, profitabilitas berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai
perusahaan, dan kebijakan hutang tidak berpengaruh negatif terhadap nilai perusahaan pertambangan batu
bara.

Abstract
This Study was conducted to examine the effect of investment decisions, profitability, and debt policy to
company value in the coal mining sub sector companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange in the
2015-2018 period. By using purposive sampling method obtained a sample of 19 companies from the
population 27 companies. The data analysis technique used was multiple liner regression, t test, F test, and
coefficient of determinan analysis (R2). The result showed that the regression model used has fulfilled
classical assumption test. From the research result showed that simultaneously the investment decision,
profitability, and debt policy has a significant effect on the value company coal mining as14,5%. While
partially, investmen decision significantly positif effect to value company, profitability signifivantly positif
effect to value company, and debt policy not significant negatif effect to value company.
