Analisis Pengaruh Easy of Use, Quality of Information terhadap Trust dan Repurchase Intention E-Ticket pada Aplikasi Traveloka (Studi pada Pengguna Aplikasi Traveloka di Kabupaten Kebumen)
Abstraksi
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh easy of use, quality of information terhadap trust dan repurchase intention e-ticket pada aplikasi Traveloka di Kabupaten Kebumen.Target populasi pada penelitian ini adalah masyarakat di Kabupaten Kebumen yang sudah pernah bertransaksi menggunakan Traveloka dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif dan statistika dengan metode nonprobability sampling dan jenis tekniknya adalah purposive sampling. Dalam metode statistika dilakukan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, pengujian asumsi klasik, uji t, uji koefisien determinasi, analisis jalur dan uji sobel.
Hasil penelitian menunujukkan bahwa berdasarkan uji validitas dan reliabilitas semua variabel dinyatakan valid dan reliabel. Berdasarkan uji t variabel easy of use berpengaruh signifikan tehadap trust, quality of information berpengaruh signifikan terhadap trust, easy of use berpengaruh signifikan terhadap repurchase repurchase intention intention, quality of information dan trust bepengaruh terhadap repurchase intention. Uji sobel menunjukan bahwa trust tidak dapat memediasi easy of use dengan repurchase intention dan trust dapat memediasi quality of information dengan repurchase intention.

Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of easy of use, quality of information on trust and repurchase intention e-ticket in the Traveloka application in Kebumen Regency. The target population in this study is the people in Kebumen Regency who have transacted using Traveloka with a sample size of 100 respondents . This research uses descriptive analysis and statistical methods with nonprobability sampling method and the type of technique is purposive sampling. In the statistical method the validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, t test, coefficient of determination test,path analysis and sobel test are performed. The results showed that based on the validity and reliability tests all variables were declared valid and reliable. Based on the t test, the easy of use variable has a significant effect on trust, the quality of information has a significant effect on trust, easy of use has a significant effect on repurchase repurchase intention, quality of information and trust has an effect on repurchase intention. The sobel test shows that trust cannot mediate easy of use with repurchase intention and trust can mediate quality of information with repurchase intention.
