Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik, Keadilan Distibutif dan Perceived Organizational Support (POS) terhadap Komitemen Organisasi (Studi pada Karyawan bagian Pelayanan Kamar Queen Garden Hotel)
Abstrak
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja non fisik, keadilan distributif, perceived organizational support terhadap komitmen organisasi pada karyawan bagian pelayanan kamar Queen Garden Hotel. Pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan pelayanan kamar yang berjumlah 50 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif dan statistika meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji f, dan koefisien determinasi dengan menggunakan bantuan program SPSS 23 for windows. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel lingkungan kerja non fisik tidak berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi, variabel keadilan distributif berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi, variabel perceived organizational support berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi, dan secara bersama-sama lingkungan kerja nono fisik, keadilan distributif, perceived organizational support berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi pada karyawan bagian pelayanan kamar Queen Garden Hotel.

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of non-physical work environment, distributive justice, perceived organizational support for organizational commitment in the employees of the Queen Garden Hotel room service. Data collection through questionnaires. Respondents in this study were room service employees totaling 50 people. This study uses descriptive and statistical analysis techniques including validity, reliability, classical assumption, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, f test, and the coefficient of determination using SPSS 23 for windows. The results of this study indicate that non-physical work environment variables do not affect organizational commitment, distributive justice variables affect organizational commitment, perceived organizational support variables affect organizational commitment, and together nono physical work environment, distributive justice, perceived organizational support influence the organizational commitment of the Queen Garden Hotel room service employees.
