Pengaruh Café Atmosphere dan Word of Mouth terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada Kedai Kopi Blaarr Ambal Kebumen
ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Cafe Atmosphere dan Word of Mouth terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Variabel yang diteliti pada penelitian ini adalah variabel Exterior, Interior, Interior Point of Purchase Display, Cafe Layout dan Word of Mouth. Jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 100 responden, dengan menggunakan metode non-probability sampling berbentuk purposive sampling dengan bantuan alat statistik. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Hipotesis diuji menggunakan program SPSS 24.00 for windows.
Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa variabel Exterior, Interior, dan Word of Mouth berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Sedangkan variabel Interior Point of Purchase Display dan Cafe Layout berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian.

ABSTRACT
The study aims to examine the effect of Cafe Atmosphere and Word of Mouth on Purchasing Decisions. The variables examined in this study are the variable Exterior, Interior, Interior Point of Purchase Display, Cafe Layout and Word of Mouth. The number of samples taken was 100 respondents, using a non-probability sampling method in the form of purposive sampling with the help of statistical tools. Data was collected through questionnaires. The hypothesis was tested using the SPSS 24.00 for windows program.
The analysis shows that the Exterior, Interior, and Word of Mouth variables have a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions. While the variables Interior Point of Purchase Display and Cafe Layout have a negative and not significant effect on Purchase Decisions.
