Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Spiritual, Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik, dan Kompensasi terhadap Kinerja Guru Non PNS di MAN 2 Kebumen

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan spiritual, lingkungan kerja non fisik, dan kompensasi terhadapkinerja guru non PNS di MAN 2 Kebumen. Pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah guru non PNS yang berjumlah 35 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif dan statistika meliputi uji validitas, uji reabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji f, dan koefisien determinasi dengan menggunakan bantuan program SPSS 23.00 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel kepemimpinan spiritual berpengaruh terhadap kinerja organisasi, variabel lingkungan kerja non fisik berpengaruh terhadap kinerja organisasi, variabel kompensasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja organisasi, dan secara bersama-sama kepemimpinan spiritual, lingkungan kerja non fisik, dan kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja organisasi pada MAN 2 Kebumen.

Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of spiritual leadership, non-physical work environment, and compensation for the performance of non-PNS teachers in MAN 2 Kebumen. Data collection through questionnaires. Respondents in this study were 35 non-PNS teachers. This study uses descriptive and statistical analysis techniques including validity, reliability, classical assumption, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, f test, and the coefficient of determination using SPSS 23.00 for windows. The results showed that the variables of spiritual leadership affect organizational performance, non-physical work environment variables affect organizational performance, compensation variables do not affect organizational performance, and together spiritual leadership, non-physical work environment, and compensation affect the performance of the organization at MAN 2 Kebumen.
