Abstrak
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji pengaruh profitabilitas, likuiditas, ukuran perusahaan, dan pertumbuhan penjualan terhadap kebijakan hutang pada perusahaan food and beverage periode 2016-2018. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah semua perusahaan yang masuk di dalam sub sektor food and beverage periode 2016-2018. Teknik penentuan sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pertumbuhan penjualan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kebijakan hutang, ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh positif terhadap kebijakan hutang, likuiditas berpengaruh negatif terhadap kebujakan hutang, dan profitabilitas tidak berpengaruh terhadap kebijakan hutang.

Abstract
The research was conducted to examine the effect of profitability, liquidity, company size, and sales growth to stock price in food and beverage for the period 2016-2018. The population in this study were all companies that entered the food and beverage sector for the period 2016-2018. The technique of determining the sample in this study was purposive sampling method. The result of this study indicated that the sales growth does not on affect debt policy, company size has a positive effect on debt policy, liquidity does not affect debt policy, and profitability does not affect debt to policy
