Pengaruh Job Statisfaction dan Career Development terhadap Intention to Stay dengan Organizational Commitment sebagai Variabel Mediasi (Pada Perawat Berstatus THL di Rumah Sakit Dr. Soedirman Kebumen)
ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh Job Satisfaction
dan Career Development terhadap Intention To Stay dengan Organizational Commitment sebagai
variabel mediasi pada perawat di Rumah Sakit Dr. Soedirman Kebumen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini
adalah perawat berstatus THL di Rumah Sakit Dr. Soedirman Kebumen dan teknik pengambilan
sempel yang dilakukan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sempel jenuh atau semua populasi dijadikan
sampel yaitu perawat berstatus THL di Rumah Sakit Dr. Soedirman Kebumen yang berjumlah 87
orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara menyebar kuesioner. Analisis yang digunakan adalah uji
validitas, uji rebilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis jalur dan koefisien determinasi. Alat bantu pengolahan
data yang digunakan adalah SPSS for Windows versi 21.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: (1)
Job Statisfaction berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Commitment. (2) Career
Development tidak berpengaruh terhadap Organizational Commitment. (3) Job Statisfaction
berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Itention to Stay. (4) Career Development berpengaruh
positif dan signifikan terhadap Itention to Stay. (5) Organizational commitment berpengaruh positif
dan signifikan terhadap Itention to Stay.

ABSTRACT
This study aims to examine and analyze how the influence of Job Satisfaction and Career
Development on Intention To Stay with Organizational Commitment as a mediating variable on nurses
at Hospital Dr. Soedirman Kebumen. The population in this study were THL status nurses at Hospital
Dr. Soedirman Kebumen and the technique of taking samples that were carried out using saturated
sampling techniques or all populations were sampled, namely THL status nurses in Hospital Dr.
Soedirman Kebumen, amounting to 87 people. Data collection techniques by distributing
questionnaires. The analysis used is validity test, rebility test, classic assumption test, path analysis
and coefficient of determination. The data processing tool used is SPSS for Windows version 21.0. The
results of this study indicate that: (1) Job Statisfaction has a positive and significant effect on
Organizational Commitment. (2) Career Development does not affect the Organizational Commitment.
(3) Job Statisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Itention to Stay. (4) Career Development
has a positive and significant effect on Itention to Stay. (5) Organizational commitment has a positive
and significant effect on Itention to Stay.
