Pengaruh Gaji, Fasilitas Dan Shift Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Non PNS Terminal Bus Tipe A Kebumen

Abstrak Kinerja Pegawai Non PNS di Terminal Bus Tipe A Kebumen dinilai menurun karena belum optimalnya manajemen gaji, fasilitas dan shift kerja yang memadai. Gaji yang kurang tepat waktu, fasilitas yang kurang memenuhi standar keselamatan dan shift kerja yang terlalu panjang waktunya disebutkan menjadi penyebab turunnya kinerja. Dari itulah penulis bermaksud melakukan penelitian dengan judul pengaruh Gaji, Fasilitas dan Shift kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Non PNS Terminal Bus Tipe A Kebumen. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah Pegawai Non PNS Terminal Bus Tipe A Kebumen dengan jumlah sampel 34 orang. Penelitian ini mengggunakan metode analisis deskriptif dan statistika dengan bantuan program SPSS 22.00. Dalam metode statistika, dilakukan uji validitas, reliabilitas, pengujian asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda, uji hipotesis dengan uji t maupun uji F. Pengujian hipotesis dalam uji t menunjukkan bahwa semua variabel berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial/sendiri-sendiri terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Non PNS Terminal Bus Tipe A Kebumen, sehingga diharapkan Terminal Bus Tipe A Kebumen lebih meningkatkan kondisi terkait Gaji, Fasilitas, Shift kerja yang lebih baik agar kinerja Pegawai Non PNS Terminal Bus Tipe A Kebumen tetap maksimal. Dalam uji F juga menunjukkan nilai F yang signifikan yang menunjukkan diperlukannya perbaikan variabel gaji, fasilitas, shift kerja, karena ketiga variabel tersebut berpengaruh signifikan secara bersama-sama terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Non PNS Terminal Bus Tipe A Kebumen.

Abstact
Performance of Non-Civil Servants in Kebumen Type A Bus Station is considered to be declining due to inadequate management of adequate salaries, facilities and work shifts. Salaries that are not timely, facilities that do not meet safety standards and work shifts that are too long are said to be the cause of the decline in performance. From this the author intends to conduct research with the title the effect of Salary, Facilities and Work Shift on the Performance of Non-Civil Servants Bus Station Type A Kebumen. Respondents in this study were Non-Civil Servant Employees of Bus Terminal Type A Kebumen with a sample of 34 people. This study uses descriptive analysis and statistical methods with the help of the SPSS 22.00 program. In the statistical method, tests of validity, reliability, classic assumptions testing, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing with t test and F test. Hypothesis testing in the t test shows that all variables have a significant effect partially / individually on the Performance of Non-Civil Servants in Kebumen Type A Bus Station, so that it is hoped that Kebumen Type A Bus Station will improve conditions related to Salary, Facilities, and Shift work better so that the performance of Non Civil Servant Employees of the Type A Kebumen Bus Station remains optimal. In the F test also showed a significant F value which indicates the need for improvement of the variable salary, facilities, work shifts, because allthree of these variables have a significant effect jointly on the Performance of Employees of Non-Civil Servants in Kebumen Type A Bus Station.
