Analisis Pengaruh Kualitas Produk, Kepuasan Pelanggan dan Words of Mouth Terhadap Minat Beli Ulang Konsumen (Studi Pada Produk UKM Sari Mukti Bakery)
ABSTRAK
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kualitas produk, kepuasan pelanggan dan word
of mouth terhadap minat beli pada UKM Sari Mukti Bakery. Responden pada penelitian ini
adalah konsumen UKM Sari Mukti Bakery yang berjumlah 100 orang. Penelitian ini
menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif dan statistika dengan bantuan program spss 22. Dalam
metode statistika dilakukan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, pengujian asumsi klasik, dan uji t, uji f,
dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil pengujian hipotesis pada analisis statistika variabel kualitas
produk tidak berpengaruh terhadap minat beli ulang, variabel kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh
positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli ulang, variable word of mouth berpengaruh positif dan
signifikan terhadap minat beli ulang, pengujian secara bersama-sama variabel kualitas produk,
kepuasan pelanggan dan word of mouth berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli ulang UKM
Sari Mukti Bakery.

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analyze product quality, customer satisfaction and word of
mouth of buying interest in Sari Mukti Bakery UKM. Respondents in this study were 100
consumers of Sari Mukti Bakery UKM. This study uses descriptive and statistical analysis
methods with the help of the SPSS 22 program. In the statistical method, validity, reliability
testing, classical assumption testing, and t test, f test, and coefficient of determination are
carried out. The results of hypothesis testing in statistical analysis of product quality variables
have no effect on repurchase intention, customer satisfaction variables have a positive and
significant effect on repurchase interest, word of mouth variables have a positive and significant
effect on repurchase interest, testing together product quality variables, customer satisfaction
and word of mouth have a significant effect on the repurchase intention of UKM Sari Mukti
Bakery..
