Pengaruh Role Conflict, Job Stress dan Burnout terhadap Kinerja Pembimbing Klinik RSUD dr. Soedirman Kebumen

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh role conflict, jobstress dan burnout terhadap kinerja Pembimbing Klinik RSUD dr.Soedirman Kebumen. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner menggunakan teknik probability sampling dan metode yang digunakan adalah Sampling Jenuh. Penelitian ini mengambil sampel 71 responden yang merupakan seluruh populasi Pembimbing Klinik. Hipotesis diuji menggunakan teknik analisis regresi berganda, uji t, uji f dan determinasi dengan menggunakan bantuan program SPSS 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa role conflict berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja Pembimbing Klinik, Jobstress berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja Pembimbing Klinik, burnout tidak berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja Pembimbing Klinik, sedangkan pengujian secara simultan membuktikan bahwa seluruh variable bebasnya berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja Pembimbing Klinik RSUD dr.Soedirman Kebumen.

Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of role conflict, job stress and burnout on the performance of the Clinical Advisor of Dr. Soedirman Kebumen Hospital. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire using probability sampling techniques and the method used was Saturated Sampling. This study took a sample of 71 respondents who were the entire Clinical Advisory population. Hypotheses were tested using multiple regression analysis techniques, t test, f test and determination using SPSS 22.The results showed that role conflict had a partial effect on the performance of Clinical Advisors, Jobstress partially affected the performance of Clinical Advisors, burnout had no partial effect on the performance of Clinical Advisors, while simultaneous testing proved that all independent variables had a significant effect on the performance of Clinical Advisors in RSUD dr. .Soedirman Kebumen.
