Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja dan Komitmen Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai melalui Organizational Citizensip Behavior sebagai Variabel Intervening (Studi Pada Pegawai PNS yang Bertugas di Kantor Dinas Pertanian dan Pangan Kabupaten Kebumen)
Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja dan Komitmen Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai melalui Organizational Citizenship Behavior sebagai variabel intervening (Studi pada Pegawai PNS yang bertugas di Kantor Dinas Pertanian dan Pangan Kabupaten Kebumen). Variabel bebas pada penelitian ini adalah kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi. Variabel terikatnya adalah kinerja pegawai, sedangkan variabel intervening adalah organizational citizenship behavior. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah dengan teknik sampel jenuh, dimana semua populasi dijadikan sampel sebanyak 55 responden. Hipotesis diuji dengan bantuan program SPSS 21.0 for windows. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji instrument validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier, uji hipotesis, analisis jalur, dan sobel test. Berdasarkan uji sobel, variabel kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja melalui organizational citizenship behavior sebagai variabel intervening di Kantor Dinas Pertanian dan Pangan Kabupaten Kebumen, dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja melalui organizational citizenship behavior sebagai variabel intervening di Kantor Dinas Pertanian dan Pangan Kabupaten Kebumen. Hasil pengujian koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa nilai R Square sebesar 0,497 artinya 49,8% variabel kinerja pegawai dapat dipengaruhi kepuasan kerja, komitmen organisasi, dan organizational citizenship behavior sedangkan sisanya sebesar 50,3% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain di luar model.

Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance through Organizational Citizenship Behavior as an intervening variable (Study of Civil Servants serving in the Agriculture and Food Service Office of Kebumen Regency). The independent variable in this study is job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The dependent variable is employee performance, while the intervening variable is organizational citizenship behavior. The data collection technique in this study is the saturation sample technique, where all populations are sampled as many as 55 respondents. The hypothesis was tested with the help of SPSS 21.0 for windows. Data analysis used was the instrument validity and reliability test, the classic assumption test, linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, path analysis, and multiple tests. Based on the sobel test, job satisfaction has a positive effect on performance through organizational citizenship behavior as an intervening variable in the Kebumen District Office of Agriculture and Food, and organizational commitment has a positive effect on performance through organizational citizenship behavior as an intervening variable in the Kebumen District Office of Agriculture and Food. The test results of the coefficient of determination show that the R Square value of 0.497 means that 49.8% of employee performance variables can be influenced by job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and organizational citizenship behavior while the remaining 50.3% is influenced by other variables outside the model.
